How do I start a return or exchange?

To return or exchange, please email us at  with the patient name, order number and the quantity of boxes. An invoice will be provided to enclose in your shipment. Orders will be refunded when the product is received at our warehouse.

***Please note: We will only provide a shipping label if the product is damaged or a fulfillment error has occurred.
